Shaped by these philosophies, he began an entrepreneurial journey that led him to be part of ownership groups in a number of thriving construction businesses over several decades. After the sale of a successful family enterprise, Blake once again applied his talents, resources, and expertise in the construction industry to create T Diamond Bar, LLC in 2018. As he gathered the leadership team, the vision was to create a unique company in the industrial construction arena. One which would be grounded in the principles they had developed throughout their respective careers. With a focus on a lean corporate overhead and remote flexibility, they were able to immediately launch into large-scale projects across the US without being confined to a specific geographical region.
